This week we welcomed a brand new month, and enjoyed the wondrous treats November has to offer; a rich tapestry of colour in the treetops, cloaks of mist gliding across the landscape, and a sense of being in tune with the subtle changes of nature, as she gently coaxes us to slow down, and take time to look after ourselves.
