'The New World' - Ulster American Folk Museum Pt. 2

 

Join me for part two of my trip to the Ulster American Folk Museum in Co. Tyrone. In this final video of the two-part series.

We'll disembark the ship after a long and harsh sailing across the formidable Atlantic Ocean. Our weary legs will muster up the strength to venture up the cobbled paths to visit the General Store, which holds many delectable delights never seen before, such as pumpkins and tinned goods.

Winding down the pathways, we'll visit charming wooden cabins, and quintessential American homesteads, complete with a quaint porch to relax on. Here we can imagine how life was for the new settlers and the new lives that they would embark on. -Gillian x
