Important information on Covid-19
To all my wonderful Lost Forest customers and supporters,
During these uncertain times, small businesses will be badly effeced by the Covid-19 outbreak across the world. It is an extraordinary situation, and unfortunately a lot of businesses will not make it. I myself find it a constant worry, a heavy weight on the shoulders of any self-employed artist and creator.
Lost Forest will try to remain open for business, through my online shop and I am also still accepting custom orders.
I appreciate every single sale, custom order, share on social media, and recommendation, as it will allow me to continue with my little business and provide me with my only livelihood. Lost Forest has been going for 8 years, and we hope that it will continue for many years to come, and hopefully come through the other side of this terrible time in history.
I have a few important factors below to help ease peoples minds, and instil confidence and safety for my customers at the moment.

All items are packed in a clean, sterilised environment. I wear gloves when I pack everything, and I avoid social interaction as much as possible.
Your purchase can be sent directly to the recipient, and I can include a personalised message on your behalf. Just leave a note at checkout.
All packages are sent via registered tracked once a week only. I am still practicing self-isolation for the health of myself and my family. Packages are posted in my local post office during the early hours to avoid any exposure to people.
Due to decreased staff in postal offices across the world, there may be slight delays with deliveries. Please refer to your tracking number frequently online to check on your packages whereabouts.
If you are sending your own inclusions for a custom order, I ask that you also take precautions, such as wearing gloves when packing the items, and sterilising any plastic containers or other stationary and envelopes/boxes used in shipping.
I can also use my own botanicals from my collection instead, to avoid the need to send items in the mail.
Some countries, such as Australia, currently have an international shipping suspension. Orders can still be placed, but won’t be shipped until the national postal offices of those countries lift their restrictions. This will be monitored on a weekly basis.
